Job Overview

The Digital Case Manager provides individualized or small group assistance to "Covered Populations", including Aging, Incarcerated, Veterans, Disabled, Language Barrier, Racial or Ethnic Minority Groups, and Rural communities, who need Chromebook computers and/or coaching in introductory digital skills, technology, and capacity to fully participate in the digital economy and improve their lives.

Digital Case Managers will follow up with clients within 48 hours of the Essential Economic Mobility Workshop and continue providing support twice a month for up to three months.
