Job Overview : The Essential Families Digital Navigator program is designed to address and support the needs of “covered populations” such as veterans, people who live in rural areas, people with disabilities, people with low literacy, English learners, and racial and ethnic minorities, among others.

Our Digital Navigator Deployment Program ensures that all people and communities have the skills, technology, and capacity needed to reap the full benefits of our digital economy, to improve their lives.

The end goal of our Digital Navigator program is to remedy inequities and barriers to inclusion. Essential Families Digital Navigator is a paid 1099 contractor position.
