I, , in consideration of my participation as a paid 1099 contractor with Essential Families, at a rate of $50 per hour, maximum of 4.5 hours per training or event, hereby agree to the following Confidentiality and Digital Navigator Agreement.

I, understand that I will be exposed to confidential Essential Families content, concepts, materials, capabilities, ideas, and solutions. I agree not to share these content, concepts, materials, capabilities, ideas, and solutions with anyone outside Essential Families.

I, understand that I will be keep the client’s information confidential and will not share their information with other organizations outside of Essential Families.

I, understand that I must attend at a minimum of two (2) Computer and ACP trainings.

I, understand that if I am unable to attend my scheduled Computer and ACP training, I will contact Terra Rogers 24 hours prior, via text, and email.

I, understand that failure to abide with the abovementioned statements will result in immediate termination.

When I cease my participation as a paid volunteer with Essential Families, I will return all Essential Families, related information, and property that I have in my possession, including without limitation documents, files, records, manuals, information stored on a personal computer, personal data assistant, or computer disk, supplies, and equipment or office supplies.
